We provide high-quality, peer-led medical education through CPD-accredited and non-CPD accredited courses, lectures, and a free content library. - Unpaid non-CPD accredited lectures

4. User Accounts

5. Payment and Pricing
Payment for CPD-accredited courses and event tickets must be made in full at the time of purchase.
All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise specified.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice, but such changes will not affect past purchases.
6. Refund and Cancellation Policy
We offer a 14-day cooling-off period for refunds, except for digital download products:
– You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the request is submitted in writing.
– Refunds are not available for digital download products.
– If you purchase a ticket for an educational event and the event date falls within the 14-day cooling-off period, you cannot request a refund after the event has taken place.
– Refund requests made after the 14-day period will not be processed.
To request a refund, please contact us at support@happymedics.co.uk with your order details. Emails will typically be responded to within 72hrs, but please allow up to 5 days for us to process your query.

All content, including but not limited to course materials, videos, notes, and branding, is owned by Maerfield Medical Limited or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce our content without explicit permission.

– Share or distribute purchased content without authorization.
– Engage in disruptive, illegal, or harmful behavior on our platform.
– Attempt to access restricted areas of the website without authorization.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
